So, we've tried sex and Victoria won't eat hot curry- what else speeds up an overdue baby please?

    Sit on a birth ball and rock, lots of walking especially up and down stairs all of these open the pelvis and being in an upright/forwards postion means due to gravity the baby's head is pushing on the cervix.
